We have debated the tired political slogan of social justice into an alive, vibrant and viable economic formula—challenging the old postulates and presumptions.

Empirical evidence is replete of societies in development of necessity eroding with the concentration of wealth in the hands of the few. The redistribution was deliberately or [uncannily?] delayed so as to allow the concentration of capital for the capital intensive industries.

We have challenged this [crash?]—

When I first paid a state visit I called you the trustee of [analization?].

Decades have passed since 1966 but the burden you have remains.

Paradoxically it has doubled. For while you have allowed your defenses to erode [did?] this become a mere [protago not?]—your legacy and potential is such that while you [carry?] the quarrel with your [economics?], you must keep a part of yourselves and your plans above the fray of [center forming?] life and guarantee that the planet may be there for our children when the quarrels are over.

While you are fighting for your survival, you must isolate yourselves from the passions, the emotions of today and look to tomorrow with the objectivity and dispassionate [genius?] of ______.

For you are only possible source of peace and the continuance of civility as we know it—

The pages on this stationery are unnumbered, so it is unclear if they are in the right order, or if they even belong to the same document.
