The Rightist Revolution riding on the Leftist Revolution and the Opportunist cliques including the Socialist Party, the Moderates and the Christian Socialist Party and the Clerico Fascist was the subject of my dictation the whole morning and noon up to about 4:00PM when I took lunch, napped then played 7 holes of golf.
Then met Sec. [Juan] Ponce Enrile, Sec. [Vicente] Abad Santos, State Prosecutor Nocum, Gens. [Romeo] Espino, [Fidel] Ramos, [Fabian] Ver, [Ignacio] Paz, [Tagumpay] Nanadiego on the creation of the National Intelligence Security Administration for the final security problems; as well as the CAD [Command for the Administration of Detainees] for the disposition of detainees and other decrees.
Lighthearted banter on the tensions before the proclamation of martial law.
