I direct you to conduct an investigation of what I consider to be the fraudulent activities of Villavert, Bassalo and Mrs. Abas (mother-in-law of Ex Sen. [Mamintal] Tamano) who keep asking for getting and spending funds from my mother, Mrs. Josefa Edralin Marcos under the pretext of using much funds for the Doña Josefa Edralin Marcos Foundation. The old lady was made to borrow money from the Philippine National Bank and her name used in questionable transactions to raise funds for the foundation.
I want a complete investigation of the operations of the foundation and of those persons, questionable or not.
