I have been here for four very dull days, at the rate of three pesos a day. We are shaking hands and I am very sorry indeed that I cannot do it in person for lack of time. I want to reach Manila soon to find out what is happening to my family.
Do not forget to send me instructions for the guidance of those there who are working for the realization of our ideals.
