One of the principal reasons for the lifting of the suspension of the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus is the fact that from all indications the communists will not mount a rebellion unless they can improve their present capabilities, have a better cause like the rejection of a socialistic constitution and while I am still President.
But by then if the President does not have the confidence or trust of the military, the military may take over the government.
