At 7:00 PM the telephone call came to inform us that oil and gas started to flow at the drill ship Brinkerhof. It is 110 miles NW off the Palawan Coast.
This changes the whole economic situation.
This converts the whole Palawan area as a new oil province as the Indonesian consultants have [moisten?] all along after the oil strike at Nido I.
