My dear Friend,
I have been feeling very bad these days. On Tuesday I had such a cerebral congestion that I thought my last hour had come. Now I am fairly well. I have written to Spain for authentic texts of the speeches delivered at the Senate. I shall publish my Memoir in German. Probably it will be translated into Spanish and French.
